The Öküzgözü grapes – cultivated in our vineyards in Denizli Region with a low yield management program- were harvested in early October. This wine is remarkable with its balanced, smooth and medium-bodied structure. This wine was matured – 5 months sur lie and 7 months without lees- a total of 12 months in 70% French and 30% American oak.

A blend of the classic Bordeaux varieties with a sizeable portion of Syrah added for good measure. This is an inky, deep red that is packed full of blackberries, currants and dark plum. This fruitiness is offset by spicy oak and a hint of coffee chocolate. Well-integrated tannins and a velvety texture add real class.
The only Nero d’Avola’s produced outside Sicily and a beautiful expression of what this grape is capable of. Packed with aromas of black cherry and damson it advances into complex layers of tobacco, liquorice running alongside an earthy and gamey frame. Dense and focused on the palate with well integrated tannins and bright fruit lifted by bracing acidity.

Made from grapes grown in Manisa region, coming from a small area with a microclimate and maintains the fresh aroma of red fruits with a hint of banana. İn the mouth it is lightly oaked with a round and well-balanced structure.
