This wine is sourced from two exceptional vineyards of Silex (flint) soil. Grapes from old vines were hand-picked and gently pressed, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine was made by Philippe Girard, Michel Girard's son, and we decide the blend with him for this Boutinot selection to reflect the very unique Silex terroir and character.
