Production
Grown on a vareity of soil types - gravels which provide tropical flavours, clay loams produce citrus notes, and deep silty soils lift the aromatic quality. Fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain the natural fruit characters. A portion of Semillon has been used in the final blend for additional complexity and palate weight.

The wine produced from Sultaniye grapes with its fruity, refreshing and crisp character and juicy Semillon grapes which yield easy to drink wines. Villa Doluca Classic White has crisp, smooth, aromatic flavors. This wine is Labeled in Domestic markets as 'Klasick' but internationally as 'Legend'.
The Öküzgözü grapes – cultivated in our vineyards in Denizli Region with a low yield management program- were harvested in early October. This wine is remarkable with its balanced, smooth and medium-bodied structure. This wine was matured – 5 months sur lie and 7 months without lees- a total of 12 months in 70% French and 30% American oak.
Cultivated with modern vineyard management methodology and a low yield program- were harvested in early September at our own vineyards in Denizli. The wine has smooth and round tannins also its pleasent floral characters.
Tugra Kalecik Karasi wine we combined the floral and vivid nature of Ankara Region’s Kalecik Karasi varietals with dark colored, delicate yet fruit forward characteristics of Denizli Region’s Kalecik karasi grapes through a balanced blend.
The favourite rose wine of Turkey, “Lal” is produced from “Çal Karası” grapes grown in Denizli. This delicious rose wine has attractive red fruit aromas, fresh acidity and persistency of flavors. It is best when served at 6-8° C and perfectly matches with Thai chicken, grilled fish and chicken, lightly spicy meals, pizzas and pastas.
Çankaya, the favourite white wine of Turkey, is produced from Emir, Narince and Sultana grapes carefully selected from Anatolian vineyards. This elegant, persistent and well balanced white wine is best when served at 6-8° C and matches perfectly with grilled fish, sea food salads, tomato sauced pastas, grilled chicken and fresh cheeses.
Yakut, the legendary red wine of Turkey, is produced from Öküzgözü, Boğazkere, Alicante and Carignan grapes carefully selected from the best vineyards of Eastern Anatolia and Aegean Regions. Yakut is a distinctive red wine with its rich red fruit aromas very well balanced with its ripe tannins.
Angora Red is a delicious, round and well balanced wine produced from Cabernet Sauvignon, Alicante, Merlot and Carignan grapes grown in Aegean region. Revealing Aegean soil’s energy, it matches well with deli meat, lightly sauced red meat dishes, Bolognese sauced pasta, hamburger and barbecue. It is best served at 16 - 18°C.
Angora White revealing the distinctive aromatic character of the “Sultana” grape grown in Denizli, is a delicious, lively and well balanced white wine. It is best served at 6-8° C and matches well with grilled fishes, grilled chicken, sea food, salads and fresh cheeses. It can be also enjoyed as an aperitif.
A sparkling white wine with a fresh fruit driven style, which is light and refreshing. Altın Köpük is the first natural sparkling wine of Turkey produced by “Methode de la cuve close” (second fermentation in tank)” from Emir grapes grown in volcanic soil of Cappadocia. After fermentation, the wine is cooled and kept with the lees (élévage sur lies).
Efes Pilsener pours a rich, honey-gold colour - crystal clear with a steady stream of sparkly bubbles rising to form a wispy head of white foam. With citric tones of mostly lemon and a hint of orange, this is enhanced by a sense of honey. A delightfully smooth and clean finished.
