Presenting with a clear, bright, yellow colour and hints of lemon, apple and sage on the nose, these flavours become pronounced on the palate, where a full texture with mineral notes appears on the mid-palate before ending with a fully round finish.
Recommended with fish, poultry and shellfish and served at 12°C

From the beautiful and boutique winery in the mountains of the Urla region, VINAIDA wines reflect everything that the winemaker Ayda is – sophisticated, elegant and a perfectionist.
Ayda and her husband bought their first vineyard in 2003 and following Ayda’s return from the University of Toulouse as a certified oenologist, produced their first award-winning wine in 2012. Commercial production commenced in 2016 with wines being produced using the vinification method with all fermentation, maceration and malolactic fermentation occurring in oak barrels. This yields beautiful results for old-world style wines.
All Ayda wines are Vegan certified.
