Delivery

We aim to get packages dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and we shipped via carrier with full tracking, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Most orders travel on a 24/48 hrs service, however you should allow up to 10 days to receive your order. Our carrier will make at least 2 delivery attempts, if you are not available then your package will be left at a local outlet for collection at a convenient time for you.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as transit costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each consignment. We take special care to pack bottles in specially designed Air Bags to protect fragile objects.

Delivery for mainland UK is charged at £7.99 per case (12 bottles) or Part thereof, subsequent cases are charged at £4.99 per case or part thereof. Orders over £250 are dispatched free of charge.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

At TasteTurkey we have every confidence that you will be delighted with your purchase.  However there may be times where you need to return your order, so we have now introduced a ’30 Day No-Quibble Money Back Guarantee’. So if you are dissapointed, or the item is no longer needed, you can now return the item to us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you the price paid for the goods.

Your return postage may be chargeable which would be deducted from your total refund.
