DIREN KARMEN SERIES - RED A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Öküzgözü and Boğazkere. Öküzgözü grapes are grown in the Elaziğ region near the Euphrates River bringing freshness and flavours like raspberry and cherry. Boğazkere grapes are grown on the southern slopes of Toros mountains and bring structure with strong tannins and fruit flavours.

Cabernet sauvignon brings body and Kalecik Karasi, freshness and fruit flavours. Best served between 16° - 18° beside beef, spicy foods, cheeses, sweet and sour meals.
