Çalkarası is grown exclusivelly in Çal District of Denizli. As a variety it is very suitable for producing high quality rose wines due to its strong flavours present in the fruit also balanced with good acidity.
Papazkarası variety is native to Thrace. Grown in a single vineyard, it is fermented with native yeast only. It is barrel aged for 7 months in French oak. The wine has a lightish red cherry colour. The palate has aromas of peppery red cherry with a fine acid and tannin balance and a long finish.
Yapıncak variety is grown exclusively in the European side of Turkey called Thrace, around the coastal villages of Şarköy, Mürefte and Hoşköy. Our fruit comes from a single vineyard in Şarköy that is about 150 meters above sea level and is facing south towards Sea of Marmara. There is always a cooling breeze coming from the sea.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot varieties are grown in our 4 hectares single vineyard in Kaynaklar – Izmir at 235 meters above sea level.
83% Karasakiz and 17% Merlot. Picked from a single vineyard at an altitude of 550 metres on the slopes of Mount Ida, close to the site of ancient Troy. Light to medium bodied, characteristically Karasakiz, with distinctive aroma of red cherry, cranberry and dried figs. There’s a sour cherry freshness and earthy spices on the long finish.
