83% Karasakiz and 17% Merlot. Picked from a single vineyard at an altitude of 550 metres on the slopes of Mount Ida, close to the site of ancient Troy. Light to medium bodied, characteristically Karasakiz, with distinctive aroma of red cherry, cranberry and dried figs. There’s a sour cherry freshness and earthy spices on the long finish.
ARCADIA 333 A sweet dessert wine made from late harvest Sauvignon Blanc grapes with sweet honey and lemon notes and a nutty, lemon zest taste. A fresh, well balanced, easy to drink pudding wine.
Iris Rose is produced from a local Avşa varietal called Adakarasi. On the nose there is some rose, strawberry and hint of redcurrant. The Island’s nature brings a pleasant minerality too. Strawberry and red berries are significant on the palate. A light bodied structure meets with a medium level of acidity. Some green notes are evident on the short finish.
Merlot –originating from Bordeaux, France- has shown itself to be ideally suited to the Saros Region. The gentle sea breezes cool the vineyard enabling the Merlot grapes to linger on the vine developing their own unique softness and giving rich, fruity and long lasting flavour to their wine.
VINAIDA MERLOT Barrel-fermented, single vineyard, vegan. This wine has a dark red colour with ruby red highlights. On the nose, aromas of fresh red and black fruits follow violet and vanilla flavours. These flavorus become more profound on palate. Recommended serving temperature: 20°C
Doluca DLC Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot A powerful, tannic and full-bodied wine, with Merlot grape variety, has fruity characters, vanilla, black pepper, raspberry & evokes the aromas of mountain strawberries and almonds. Easy to drink, yield a balanced wine.
Sarafin Shiraz emphasizes the utmost characteristics of its varietal, reowned for its tannic, powerful, fruity and long-finish wines. The wine is aged for 12 months in both French and American oak barrels, and has a round and easy-to-drink structure as a result of long maceration.

Angora Red is a delicious, round and well balanced wine produced from Cabernet Sauvignon, Alicante, Merlot and Carignan grapes grown in Aegean region. Revealing Aegean soil’s energy, it matches well with deli meat, lightly sauced red meat dishes, Bolognese sauced pasta, hamburger and barbecue. It is best served at 16 - 18°C.

DIREN KARMEN SERIES - RED A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Öküzgözü and Boğazkere. Öküzgözü grapes are grown in the Elaziğ region near the Euphrates River bringing freshness and flavours like raspberry and cherry. Boğazkere grapes are grown on the southern slopes of Toros mountains and bring structure with strong tannins and fruit flavours.
