Sarafin Shiraz emphasizes the utmost characteristics of its varietal, reowned for its tannic, powerful, fruity and long-finish wines. The wine is aged for 12 months in both French and American oak barrels, and has a round and easy-to-drink structure as a result of long maceration.
Yapıncak variety is grown exclusively in the European side of Turkey called Thrace, around the coastal villages of Şarköy, Mürefte and Hoşköy. Our fruit comes from a single vineyard in Şarköy that is about 150 meters above sea level and is facing south towards Sea of Marmara. There is always a cooling breeze coming from the sea.

For the first time in Turkey, the traditional method was used to produce Yaşasın, a sparkling wine. The other special characteristic of this sparkling wine is that Kalecik Karası grapes, a major grape harvested in the Anatolian region, were processed (Blanc de noir or white from black – a wine produced entirely from black grapes) to produce Yaşasın.
